New Jersey Roofing Contractor

Bridgewater, NJ - April, 2012 – Joseph David Roofing today announced the completion of a major re-roofing project for Aspen Hill Properties in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The updated roof system will promote energy and cost savings to the customer.

The Company was contacted by Aspen Hill after years of frustration with their soft corrugated aluminum panel roof, which the owner called a mistake and a nightmare. This roof lacked a raised seam so water pooled on top leading to leaks and damage. Because the building was an investment property, cost was a concern but quality was equally important.

The company removed the metal roofing completely, leaving behind the original asphalt roof over which they installed new insulation and a new 60 mil TPO white membrane roof system. The added insulation will help to regulate temperature, while the white membrane roof will cool the building in the summer. The combination of factors will be a considerable energy savings to the customer.

When complete, this roof was issued a 15 year manufacturer’s warranty for labor and materials. As an added bonus, the corrugated aluminum roofing, which had been such a nightmare over the years, was able to be recycled, which not only benefits the environment but also offset a portion of the cost.
