Skaska Fine Jewelry Launches 10k Solid Gold Capsule Collection

Skaska Fine Jewelry, the female-owned, ecologically and ethically-sustainable fine jewelry brand, is launching their 10k solid gold collection, available for a limited time. Founded in 2015 by designer Diana Behringer, Skaska Fine Jewelry creates unique designs featuring 10k, 14k, and 18k solid gold with conflict-free precious stones.

The 10k capsule collection was inspired by a need for ultra-durable fine jewelry . Skaska’s 10k collection uses a proprietary alloy that retains the rich gold hues of 14k and 18k fine jewelry while increasing durability. The 10k Capsule Collection also features 100% conflict-free genuine diamonds, precious stones, and turquoise.

Founder Diana Behringer is no stranger to form or function – she has a formal education in metalsmithing and jewelry design, and previously worked as a stylist and art consultant. Her edgy yet elegant designs are wearable sculptures, featuring complex shapes and sharp lines. Diana says, ”each and every aspect of a design begins in the form of inspiration from my daily surroundings. Travel, nature, fresh air, and sunshine inspire me. I design with a minimalistic approach with an eye for detail and a touch of luxury.”

Born in Belarus and raised in Dallas, Diana has a special connection to the meaning behind “skaska”, the Russian word for a story or fairytale. Growing up, the Russian classic stories that bring joy and ignite imagination left a profound impact on Diana, leading her to create a collection that celebrates the wearer’s story.

Diana remarks, ”Skaska was inspired by the belief that jewelry has a way of capturing our special moments and milestones. I wanted to create a collection of those delicate, effortless, and elegant, designs, reminding us of the stories that make up our lives, our "skaskas." Our stories are meant to be cherished and shared which is why we value durability and create designs to be passed down from generation to generation. ”
