Cloud Trailz Announces Appointment of John Knight as CEO

ATLANTA, Nov. 4, 2020 - Cloud Trailz, a Salesforce consulting partner focusing on small and medium-sized businesses, today announced that John Knight has been named CEO of the fast-growing agency.

Knight is one of the founders of Cloud Trailz, alongside Ben Fuller and Todd Giddens, and recently began focusing on the agency full-time.

In addition to Knight’s appointment, Cloud Trailz also announced that three other team members will be taking on new roles:

Todd Giddens, Chief Operating Officer: Giddens will be stepping into this new role to help expand the consulting practice and scale the business appropriately. Using his decade-plus experience of Salesforce consulting with a number of firms, Giddens will make Cloud Trailz the best in class for clientele.

Ben Fuller, Chief Revenue Officer: Fuller has been tasked with driving growth through marketing initiatives that will expand Cloud Trailz’s pipeline of new business. Ben’s experience in both sales and services in the Salesforce ecosystem gives him a unique perspective to understand the needs of prospects and clients.

Christopher Schmidt, Lead Salesforce Consultant: Christopher Schmidt has been named Salesforce Lead Consultant of the Cloud Trailz delivery team. Schmidt has had experience with implementations of custom solutions before. In his last role as a system administrator/process consultant, he helped a multinational corporation grow its usage of Salesforce by discovering efficiencies, creating new processes, and building custom Salesforce solutions.
