"We close the gap between the online shop, merchandise management system and shipping service provider with 'Shop-Data Transfer', says company owner Heiko Streichert. "Our customers particularly appreciate the possibility of configuring various program modules according to their own requirements and only using what they really need." 'Shop-Data Transfer' is programmed in two languages. In the configuration, you can choose whether the software is in German or English should be used.

The special thing about 'Shop-Data Transfer': Once the program has been set up for the respective needs, work that occurs regularly can be automated. This is possible with the help of an individual task plan. If this is not required, all jobs that arise can of course also be carried out manually once.

What exactly can Shop-Data Transfer do?

'Shop-Data Transfer' takes over the data transfer of articles, categories and orders between the company's internal merchandise management system and the online shop - and vice versa. So you can e.g. Transfer the offered articles with description between the webshop and inventory management, so that the stock is also updated for each order. Orders from customers are transferred directly from the webshop to the merchandise management system and can be processed there. If you employ a shipping service provider, the shipping orders can be automatically forwarded to them. For example, shipment numbers can then also be sent back to the shop or merchandise management system.

In the foreseeable future, the additional option is planned to synchronize several shops directly with one another. You can now maintain the articles in the merchandise management system instead of on the webshop. This is an important step on the way to "multi-track", as all existing shops can be served simultaneously by uploading from the merchandise management system: Everything is synchronized with just one transfer.

What are the requirements for shop data transfer?

Although 'Shop-Data Transfer' is a very recent development, the program already works with many well-known shop systems such as Shopware, Magento, modified, eBay or xt:Commerce, preferably in combination with Lexware Warenwirtschaft. The usual shipping service providers have long been included, so that users of DHL Business Customer Portal, MyDPD Business, UPS and GLS can benefit from them.
