LIFELINE PILOTS PARTNERS WITH MEND TOGETHER

Not all cancer treatment is close to home, but traveling a long distance for life-saving care can be an expensive burden on a family.

Every year LifeLine Pilots has flown dozens of cancer patients to treatment centers in an effort to bring them closer to hope. The Illinois-based non-profit facilitates free air transportation for people with medical or humanitarian needs throughout 10 states in the Midwest.

Now LifeLine Pilots is pleased to announce their partnership with Mend Together, a new social platform that helps cancer patients (or caregivers) organize meaningful support from friends, family and colleagues with three free tools:

· Community Journal that keeps everyone updated and able to offer timely
encouragement.
· Volunteer Calendar that makes organizing support easy.
· Gift + Cash Registry that enables loved ones to send healing gifts or financial support.

With Mend together, patients or their caregivers can register for over 300 healing products, services and
cash funds -- as well as send updates to loved ones. Friends and family can send encouraging words,
donate time, choose a gift to send, or simply contribute funds. By using the code LIFELINE$100 when you create a registry, patrons will get a $100 site credit and Mend Together will also make a donation to LifeLine Pilots in support of their mission. To learn more or create a registry, visit MendTogether.com

LifeLine Pilots was founded in 1981 by Wanda Whitstitt. Their mission is to facilitate free air
transportation through volunteer pilots for financially distressed passengers with medical and
humanitarian needs. To learn more, visit LifeLinePilots.com
