Construction of the phase two building began November 2011 from the ground up.

Located at Jonquill Avenue and Snapdragon Street, the three-story townhomes of Chapel Lane feature three bedrooms, three baths in approximately 2,026 square feet of interior space with a master bedroom loft as well as a covered balcony. Residences include upgraded 5” plank birch hardwood flooring in the kitchen and entry, ceramic tile flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room, among other highlights. Each home features granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. As an added benefit, homeowners enjoy the absence of costly Mello Roos tax assessments.
As part of its strategic expansion, Williams Homes will open five new communities across Southern California in 2012 expanding the company’s range of price points from $159,000 to more than $1,000,000. Among those are two single-family neighborhoods located in Ventura County including Ridgeview in Santa Paula which is comprised of 46 single family homes offering scenic views; and in Fillmore, Williams has acquired Oak Haven, a single-family development of 31 residential lots. Both of these communities will open for sales summer 2012.
Williams Homes has four communities actively selling including: Solstice, a townhome development in Santa Clarita nearing sell-out; Bella Terra a neighborhood of 35 single family homes in Highland; the newly opened Falcon Ridge in Barstow offering 58 single family homes; and Olive Glen a gated community of single family homes in West Athens Los Angeles.
