Williams Homes' Chapel Lane Sells-Out

SANTA CLARITA, CA -- Amid a still recovering housing climate, Williams Homes today announced the completion of Chapel Lane in East Ventura, California, with the final townhome closing escrow March 30. The builder released the existing homes in phase one for sale in July 2010 with the second phase release following in spring 2011.

Construction of the phase two building began November 2011 from the ground up.
“Chapel Lane offered a great product at an affordable price at a time when no new homes were available in the market,” shared sales and marketing director, Daniel Faina. “The community’s six floor plans presented a diverse selection of homes that appealed to a wide range of buyer profiles. While the intimate location and charming courtyards attracted buyers from all over Ventura County and Santa Barbara. Most importantly, the investment value was evident as the homes appreciated during the 18 months of marketing the community. We sold the homes in the second phase for approximately three to four percent more than phase one.”

Faina went on to note that homebuyers saw the value, the low interest rates, and are happy they took the leap and purchased at Chapel Lane. “Together, Williams Homes, The Carver Group, Holiday Carpet, and Lawyers Title helped buyers navigate the home buying process with little to no stress. I believe every one of them feels they received a good value on their new home and are gratified to be homeowners today.“

Located at Jonquill Avenue and Snapdragon Street, the three-story townhomes of Chapel Lane feature three bedrooms, three baths in approximately 2,026 square feet of interior space with a master bedroom loft as well as a covered balcony. Residences include upgraded 5” plank birch hardwood flooring in the kitchen and entry, ceramic tile flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room, among other highlights. Each home features granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. As an added benefit, homeowners enjoy the absence of costly Mello Roos tax assessments.

As part of its strategic expansion, Williams Homes will open five new communities across Southern California in 2012 expanding the company’s range of price points from $159,000 to more than $1,000,000. Among those are two single-family neighborhoods located in Ventura County including Ridgeview in Santa Paula which is comprised of 46 single family homes offering scenic views; and in Fillmore, Williams has acquired Oak Haven, a single-family development of 31 residential lots. Both of these communities will open for sales summer 2012.

Williams Homes has four communities actively selling including: Solstice, a townhome development in Santa Clarita nearing sell-out; Bella Terra a neighborhood of 35 single family homes in Highland; the newly opened Falcon Ridge in Barstow offering 58 single family homes; and Olive Glen a gated community of single family homes in West Athens Los Angeles.

Under the leadership of Lance Williams, Williams Homes has built a reputation with new homeowners throughout Southern California by providing homes of quality and distinction. During the last decade, Williams Homes has built and delivered hundreds of new homes and earned a respected reputation as a builder of exceptional quality homes and communities. The Williams Homes’ team has established a relationship with its family of homebuyers as a builder who stands behind its product and continues to provide a level of customer service that exceeds expectations.
