Launched about 1 month ago, SubPas allows anyone to start a local services business from their home. With most customers staying away from public places and many businesses shuttering forever due to lack of business from the Covid19 pandemic, SubPas founder Faisal Khan found an opportunity to allow people to still access public services while staying safe and also help put the unemployed to earn an income. "I realized that people no longer wanted to go to public setting including service businesses like barber shops, at the same time unemployment was reaching record highs, I found that SubPas solved both of these problems."

With businesses such as restaurants and department stores having laid off almost a million workers many have been looking to earn an income from somewhere. The gig economy has helped many find part time work although in many cases the income has fallen short in paying the bills of many. "The Gig economy helps people make some and limited income but the home based services economy I want to create could help many create home based services that can provide a strong and healthy income for providers. Both the customer and provider win, the customer gets a great rate due to lack of overhead from the provider and the provider can provide affordable services while still making good money, its a win win." says Khan.

SubPas is now available several States including California, Texas and New York with expansion plans to go to other States such as Florida and Washington.
