WSI Franchisee Elected to Become Local American Marketing Association Chapter President

Toronto, Canada, June 20, 2011 – Neal Lappe, an Internet Marketing Consultant and franchisee of WSI, the world’s #1 Internet franchise, was recently appointed to become the new president of the American Marketing Association (AMA) for Richmond, Virginia. A long-standing member of the AMA, Neal was nominated by the board of directors to represent his local chapter. After the annual voting process, he was elected by the chapter population to join the slate of officers and serve a one-year term as the Richmond, VA chapter president.

As the AMA chapter president, Neal will lead the Richmond, VA group in arranging information exchange opportunities, educational initiatives, relationship building programs and facilitating resource sharing among members. He aims to achieve a high level of quality and programming that empowers marketers throughout the region to expand their knowledge and enhance their professional development.
