Business Automation Solutions Releases New IntelliClick® Software for Goldmine Email
Business Automation Solutions,Inc.,a certified GoldMine CRM consultant and software developer of products for GoldMine.
IntelliClick® for GoldMine CRM click tracking and website navigation software provides “real time” CRM software integration for email campaigns. IntelliClick integrates one-click options to request literature fulfillment, receive call backs, sales-follow up and event registration into GoldMine CRM and also provides click tracking and website navigation analytics for customers who access the site from the email campaign. The new version of IntelliClick® enables users to further categorize website tracking data into specific areas of interest like product lines, services, consulting, etc., giving users even more detailed marketing information about their prospective customers.
“As value-added software developers for GoldMine CRM, we are always listening and responding to customers about what features they need to market their business,” said Steven Pearl, President of BAS. “IntelliClick® provides the website analytics they need to help the sales team efficiently follow-up with prospects.”
Other new features of IntelliClick® include web page analysis reporting, the ability to streamline bounce and opt out requests received by previous ESP providers, screen sensitive help, GoldMine connectivity for user and data fields list access, and video tutorials. The new version also includes enhancements to standard IntelliClick® features like automated report menu updates and auto savings of last used web page addresses.
The first version of IntelliClick® software was launched in 2007 as a lead distribution and alerting mechanism for the BAS marketing team. Since then, the IntelliClick® team has developed the software into a full blown integrated eMarketing solution that includes powerful mass emailing capabilities that work without the need to export GoldMine email to ESPs.
