Agarwal Estates is ISO 9001:2015 certified!

We are proud to announce that Agarwal Estates has recently been accredited with the world’s most recognized quality management standard – ISO 9001:2015. This accreditation helps improve the service for customers, as continual improvement ensures that our business becomes more efficient and maintains a high standard of service delivery.
This journey began two years ago when they appointed the experienced consultant Mr. Rajendran (LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rajendra-a-v-0798a04a/). He helped them through the formulation of process documents, QSP, QMS processes and their implementation as well as helping to define the scope of the certification. Such a challenging work schedule delayed the process for acquiring the certification. Today, owing their thanks to the addition of Ms. Khyati Mehta and Ms. Pragya Agarwal, work has become faster. Ms. Khyati took up the challenge to conclude the certification process within the past 2 months with a fruitful delivery.
They are extremely proud of their achievement and have come a long way. There is still a long way to go to improve the quality of services to match international standards!
