Ankit Agarwal is also an engineer from premium government college having more than decade experience working and developing technologies for Cvent, Cardekho, TCS and likes. Both of them in their respective experiences and interacting with customers found there was clear lacunae in terms of tools enabling companies to speed up their sales process which were simple, user friendly and not very heavy on the pocket. It is here, the concept of NeoDove took shape.
The app was in its development phase in January’20 and was launched 3 months later in March’20.Since then, the start-up has managed to step into industries like RealEstate, Automotive, Edutech, Fintech and Healthcare. It has been associated with dealers of OEM like TATA, Bajaj, Maruti, Hero ,Honda, Royal Enfield and in Fintech space-P2P lending platforms like Lendenclub, RSB finance and in Edtech-Inlingua ,in Real estate- Agami Builders , Sahu group and other companies like Beekay group and likes. Today they have more than 1500+ users who are using the solution to touch base with customers. On an average 30000 calls are made to the customers through NeoDove app.
NeoDove, a bespoke solution to complex problems, is one of its kinds. By providing an array of speciality features and convenience it promises to sweep past the expectations of its clients. The development team has kept the user convenience in mind when developing NeoDove and that’s the reason why they also have kept the interface multilingual to enable the user select their language of choice while operating the app. The other striking feature is the customizable script builder with preloaded script templates.
Apart from the above, the app also allows to send Whatsapp and SMS to the customers without having to add the contact in the phone book with just a tap of a button. Another unique feature provided by NeoDove is the progressive dialer.Now the telesales team need not manually dial the prospects and keep a track of all unanswered, not connected or busy calls. All that and more is being taken care of by the solution itself so that the telesales team can concentrate on what matters most- communicating with the customer.
The App also encompasses geo tagging feature, check-in and check- out time as well as the break time of the team; keeping a check on employee whereabouts. It has a host of integrations like Facebook ads, Justdial ,Magicbricks, Home Online and many more auto portals for enabling the customer to call up the leads directly. The cherry on the cake is the amount of customization that is possible is endless. The founders have ensured every feature on the app can be customized as per the need of the customer and that’s the prime reason why although NeoDove is in its budding stage has been able to spread its wings far and wide.
