Tecco Celebrates its 40th Anniversary with New Organization and Structuring of Divisions

The paper pioneer Tecco is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and continues to focus on continuity: With a management trio consisting of three longstanding employees who know the company and the market very well, International Sales, Domestic Sales and Operative Business divisions are being restructured: Karsten Goltz is the new General Manager since the beginning of the year and heads the operative business. Arne Luther took responsibility for the entire sales area from August on and Uwe Janke is responsible for the overall sales in Germany and Austria.

About the Person: Arne Luther
Arne started his career at Tecco in 2003 directly after he finished his MBA at the University of Wuerzburg. From the beginning he was responsible for managing sales operations in Europe, especially in the field of prepress/proofing-solutions. Besides his sales activities Arne took over responsibility for marketing at Tecco. In addition his sales area was extended to the North and South American markets. Since January, Arne leads the entire Tecco sales team as Sales Director.

About the Person: Uwe Janke
Uwe started his career at Tecco in 2004 in sales. The graduate photo engineer was recruited by Tecco to expand the renowned range of proofing papers with high-quality photo papers. Based on many years of experience at Afga, he established the photo division within four years with great success. Since August, Uwe is responsible for sales throughout Germany and Austria.

About the Person: Karsten Goltz
Karsten has held positions in sales, marketing and product management since 2006 before being appointed General Manager of Tecco in January 2020. Tecco benefits from his experience in the areas of process optimization and organization from his 26 years in the retail industry.
