XycomVME, Inc. is changing to become Xembedded, Inc.

XycomVME, Inc. Company has announced a name change to Xembedded, Inc. The name change represents our expanding product lines into areas other than VMEbus products. Over the next few weeks Xembedded will introduce new items to our product line in the CompactPCI and PMC product markets. These products share the rich history and industry knowledge that our VMEbus product line is built. The XycomVME name will become a product line name for the traditional VMEbus processor and I/O products.

Xembedded provides robust software support libraries for all popular operating systems with built-in applications to get you up and working on your applications quickly. Xembedded has always offered one-stop shopping for processor and I/O modules and has become a single source for data acquisition and control products and support. Xembedded’s approach in their development has resulted in the elimination of classic hardware/software finger pointing. This tradition will continue into the PMC processor and CompactPCI product lines.
