Introducing Linkilaw Solicitors: a modern law firm disrupting

Linkilaw Solicitors, a modern law firm for the ever-changing landscape of technological innovation, has announced its formal launch with the release of their new website at https://linkilawsolicitors.com.

Founded by two brave women in the midst of the pandemic, the firm has quickly established itself as a trusted legal partner to global innovators across technology sectors who continue to create fresh ideas, venture into new markets, raise capital and turn challenges into opportunities in these unprecedented times.

All lawyers of the firm have outstanding specialist knowledge of the technology sector and years of legal experience delivering pragmatic, clear and to-the-point legal advice across the firm’s main practice areas – corporate, commercial, data protection, dispute resolution, employment, IP, financial regulation and tax.

While the core team is based in the Central London office, most legal specialist are freelance solicitors who are engaged when their expertise is required. Their flexible business model allows the firm to control overheads and fixed costs and pass those savings on to its clients.

The firm is led by Zhanna Zenina, co-founder and CEO, who is an experienced corporate lawyer with an extensive track record of advising emerging and established companies. Prior to co-founding Linkilaw Solicitors, she worked at top law firms in London, New York and Moscow, led an in-house legal team and acted for clients as an independent legal adviser and board member. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Moscow State University and a bilingual lawyer qualified to practice in New York, Russia, England and Wales.

"We embrace what the legal industry has traditionally resisted – transparency, efficiency, innovation and disruption. We are laser-focused on streamlining our operations and utilising legal technology to create value for our clients. But for us, technology is a means, not an end. We remain strong believers in expert legal advice and the human mind", said Zhanna Zenina.

Alexandra Isenegger is a co-founder and non-executive director of Linkilaw Solicitors. She has been quoted in TechCrunch, Forbes, HuffPost and Inc., honoured in Forbes 30 Under 30 and named Woman in LegalTech in 2018 by Women in Tech. After spotting a gap in the legal market in 2015, Alexandra founded Linkilaw, a legal platform connecting early-stage businesses with legal advisers. She holds a law degree from SOAS, University of London.

"The vast majority of our clients are tech entrepreneurs. We have a deep understanding of the ecosystem in which they operate and support those who drive positive change”, said Alexandra Isenegger.
