HighSpeed sintering in only 80 minutes!

The new firing unit of the VITA New Generation – VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS – was developed especially for high-temperature sintering firings and all dental ceramic substructure materials. The fully automated, compact firing unit features a sintering chamber which can sinter up to 25 units simultaneously. Thanks to the practical one-touch, plug-and-play operation of the VITA vPads New Generation, the firing unit is ready for immediate use, and is simple and quick to operate.
A new standard of “Smile in one day” service is set by the HighSpeed mode, which enables the VITA ZYRCOMAT 6000 MS to sinter bridge substructures with up to nine units and fully anatomical restorations made of zirconium dioxide or aluminium oxide in only 80 minutes with a controlled cooling phase to 400 °C.

Users value the wide variety of clever, practical details of the compact, low-noise sintering unit, such as the homogeneous heat distribution in the sintering chamber thanks to four heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2), and two extendable trays for safe and convenient placement of firing objects. Further product features include the illuminated LED display bar and freely selectable acoustic signals which give the user reliable information on the firing status from a distance. The furnace also features an innovative ventilation system: the rising heat is guided conveniently past the electronic components in order to give lasting protection to the heating elements and electronic systems.

The VITA ZYRCOMAT6000 MS can be as individual as its owner. The firing unit is available in two different variations: stainless steel and an anthracite finish. In addition to this, the user can choose between three freely selectable sintering modes: HighSpeed, conventional and user-defined. Naturally – as with all firing units of the New Generation series – it offers both the option for modular system expansion and the possibility of operating several firing units simultaneously with only one VITA vPad control panel. This is available in three different versions to suit the various requirements: the highly ergonomic VITA vPad comfort, the feature-rich VITA vPad excellence and the VITA vPad clinical for dentists and practice laboratories.
