APT Partnering with Local Manufacturers in the Gulf Cooperation Council to Boost TAFMER Sales
Advanced Polymer Trading (APT), an international trading company who specialise in the global trade of plastics, rubber, and petrochemicals, is expanding the market availability of Mitsui's TAFMER range of copolymers. To achieve this, APT is focusing on local manufacturers in the Gulf Cooperation Council including Iraq.Mitsui Chemical's TAFMER is an alpha-olefin copolymer product series. It is a transparent, colorless, odorless and gelation-free copolymer and is used in a broad range of applications including for automotive parts, in packaging, stationery, toys, civil engineering and building materials, sports goods, and household goods. TAFMER uses metollocene and Zigler-Natta catalyst technologies and is used as an additive with polyethylene, polypropylene and other thermoplastics like EVA to improve its physical properties.
“Our plans for 2012 include the expansion of sales in the GCC including Iraq.” said Mr. Hamid Amiri, APT's Managing Director. “TAFMER is an excellent product range and we are actively promoting it in new territories.”
As part of its plans to promote TAFMER, APT is actively seeking local manufacturers in the Gulf Cooperation Council including Iraq.
