Since all the significant feature of equipment of any modern power plant is its long-term operation for a period of about 30 years, care should be taken in choosing the equipment for a photovoltaic power. The main components of any photovoltaic power plant are solar photo-electric panels (mono / polycrystals), electric inverters, and electric transformers, metal structures for mounting of solar panels, positioning systems for rotary systems, monitoring and electricity metering systems.

As far as the basic component of any photovoltaic power plant is a transformer, there is a practice of using dry, oil-free transformers, which are more expensive but more reliable in comparison with their oil-immersed analogs.

Metal structures of both static systems and rotary ones / biaxial systems for changing the orientation of photovoltaic panels in accordance with the movement of the sun across the sky are nowadays produced in many regions, and it makes sense to take only their local analogues.

The price of all components of a solar power plant directly depends on the volume of the order, so it makes sense to combine and enlarge orders by organizing a simultaneous order of components for 3-4 customers. For these purposes, many customers at the same time try to start projects only together with partners, bargaining for good terms of such delivery and discounts from suppliers.
