Portugal's Golden Visa Residency Program
The Golden Visa program emerged from Portugal's real estate residency program. It encourages the rights of non-European and allows their dependents to freely travel within the Schengen Region (Austria, France, Germany, and the European Union).
Eligibility Criteria
1. You should not be a citizen of the European Union.

2. Have a record at your current residency.

6. Transfer a minimum of €350,000 in business ventures or investment for generating capital for the companies that meet requirements.

7. Investing a minimum of €350,000 in private or scientific research Institutions.

8. Invest at least €250,000 in Portuguese arts and culture.

9. A capital investment of at least €250,000 in the maintenance or renovation of cultural heritage properties.

10. Invest a minimum capital of €350,000 to develop the share capital of a company that has its registered office in Portugal. Along with generating employment for 5 permanent jobs, for 3 years.
