Compared to conventional plastics, microporous plastics can be used to reduce material consumption and raw material costs.

Microporous plastics are produced using environmentally friendly gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide, which is expected to reduce the consumption of conventional plastic foaming processes that cause many harmful emissions over the next several years. In addition to being lightweight, it has a variety of properties such as heat insulation, sound insulation, cushioning, energy absorption, filtration, selective light transmission, diffusion and tissue engineering scaffold, providing product competitiveness. The main applications for microcells and nanoparticles are food and packaging, biomedical, transportation, electronics, toys and construction.
