IRON TRIBE FITNESS LAUNCHES ITS THIRD CROSSFIT AFFILIATE IN DOWNTOWN BIRMINGHAM

BIRMINGHAM, ALA. (February 14, 2012) – Iron Tribe Fitness is excited to announce the opening of its newest location in downtown Birmingham opening on February 20, 2012. After the unprecedented success in its Homewood and Highway 280 locations and over 500 client success stories, Iron Tribe Fitness now opens its third CrossFit facility to meet the demand for an innovative, dynamic, and effective workout. With a committed staff of expert trainers, Birmingham residents will now be able to lift, run and row their way to a healthier lifestyle.

Iron Tribe Fitness is a revolutionary training program focused on CrossFit’s variety of short, intense workouts that force the human body to rapidly accept the new training regimen and show immediate results.
