No Magic, Inc. Appoints New Director of European Sales

Plano, TX, May 22, 2007. No Magic Inc., best known as the award-winning provider of MagicDraw - the very best standards-compliant modeling software products, today announced that it has promoted Saulius Kaukenas to the position of Director, European Sales. In this role, Mr. Kaukenas will focus on expanding the European product and services sales organization and developing solutions that generate sales for this business unit. Saulius will be based in Kaunas, Lithuania reporting to Gary Duncanson, President of No Magic Inc.

Saulius has been involved with the MagicDraw product line since its beginning in 1997. He has performed a multitude of roles during the last 10 years: Software Developer, Development Manager, Trainer, Product Manager and Product Director. Having a good command in software and product development, Saulius joined the sales team in February 2006, and started working with customers from Germany and Belgium. During his first year in sales, Saulius has achieved a remarkable 78% growth of the revenues in his territories.

Saulius holds an MBA from International School of Management (ISM, Kaunas, Lithuania/BI, Oslo, Norway) and an M. Sc. of Computer Sciences, Kaunas University of Technology (Kaunas, Lithuania). Saulius speaks Lithuanian, English, German and Russian.
