Registration for the “Improving Your Association’s Financial Condition” seminar will start at 6 p.m. and the panel discussion at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16th at the Boca Raton Community Center located at 150 Crawford Boulevard, Boca Raton, Fla.
