The Remi Group Names 2011 Employees of the Year
The first is Tommy Beecher, Director of Pricing. After being promoted to this role, Tommy exceeded all expectations and skillfully led his team in meeting and exceeding all departmental objectives. He applied original thinking and challenged established norms to improve the performance of his unit and the overall company. He also represents the company well to producers, prospective clients, current clients, and external business partners.
The second is Liz Barnes, Dispatch Supervisor. After being promoted to Dispatch Supervisor, Liz immediately boosted teamwork and morale. Her leadership of the Dispatch Team delivered high levels of customer satisfaction and strong service vendor relationships. She works tirelessly and constantly strives to improve her unit and the company. She is an outstanding leader and always puts the customer first.
Both Tommy and Liz received a commemorative award for their office and gift card from The Remi Group’s Executive Management Team; both were also recognized as Employees of the Year in the Charlotte Business Journal.
