Clean Pro Inc. started out in 1993 as a smaller commercial cleaning servicer for office buildings and restaurants in the Las Vegas region. Slowly the business was able to grow but due to tough economic times, began to experience a decrease in business. Media One Pro was consulted to offer a solution for the struggling business. Media One Pro decided to implement a marketing strategy that included the creation of a website from the ground up. The website was created with creating new leads and generating awareness in mind. Secondly, Media One Pro began an internet marketing campaign so that new leads could be generated from the website.
After rolling out the new website, Clean Pro Inc., observed an increase in new customers. Thanks to the website, trust was fostered in new customers due to the list of current clients that Clean Pro Inc. currently has. Carl Pappalardo, owner of the company, stated, “I was pleasantly surprised that a website could cause such a drastic change. I guess it helps my customers decide on a preferred janitorial services provider when they see that our current client list includes Las Vegas entities such as the House of Blues, Blue Man Group, and Cheese Cake Factory.”
The marketing efforts have also been successful so far. Clients are able to access Clean Pro’s track record and see for themselves that they will be receiving quality commercial cleaning services from a company that services some of the hottest Las Vegas attractions.
