Minneapolis, Minn., May 22, 2007 –– Americana Community Bank (ACB) has announced executive changes at its Chanhassen branch. ACB promoted Vanessa Schmidt to Bank Senior Operations Officer. In addition, ACB hired two new executives – Vicki Franzen, Vice President, Retail Banking Manager; and Kim Jordahl, Vice President, Business Banking Manager.

With 12 years of experience in the banking industry, Vanessa Schmidt is a six-year veteran of Americana Community Bank, having served in a variety of retail banking functions from teller to retail branch manager. Residing in Chanhassen, Schmidt’s new responsibilities include overseeing all operations for the five bank branches, such as managing staff and implementing new products and procedures.

Vicki Franzen has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. In her new role, she is responsible for daily operations of the branch. As a resident of Chanhassen, Franzen is active in the Chanhassen Chamber of Commerce, as well as organizations in the surrounding communities.

Kim Jordahl brings more than 27 years of banking experience to ACB. In his new role, Jordahl is responsible for daily operations in the commercial lending department. Residing in Chaska, Jordahl is Treasurer of the Chaska Lions Club and an active community member.
