AIT releases the latest version of the industry-leading translation management system
Kiev, Ukraine–February 3, 2012 – Advanced International Translations (AIT) has officially released the latest version of its Projetex solution, the industry-leading translation management system. Launched to support translation project managers at language service providers (LSPs) worldwide, the translation management system automates the project administration, recruitment, accounting and customer relationship management aspects of a translation/localization business. First launched in 2001,the translation workflow solution–that now supports 11 localized languages (Catalan, German, Greek, French, Hindi, Polish, Portuguese (European), Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Turkish). • Full Unicode support: users can enter data in 93 languages simultaneously in any field;
• Virtualization support gives customers a choice of operating system. Architecture also upgraded, enabling faster deployment of new features on user’s request;
• Database engine upgraded;
• Scheduler enhanced;
• Export engine upgraded;
• Reporting engine upgraded;
• Import utility upgraded;
• Projetex 9.1 employs the latest Firebird SuperServer, version 2.5.1 (Firebird 1.5 usedup to Projetex 8.0.);
• Multiple bug fixes and enhancements.
Improvements to the user functionalities include the ability to create Payments from the Invoice window and new icons in the Projetex interface.
