Pennsylvania Company Cleans Up with Million Dollar Makeover
Chicago, IL (February 2, 2012) – CONTAX Inc., a SAP® Gold Channel partner, announced the winner of their 2011 ERP Makeover Contest – James Austin Company. This family run organization manufactures cleaning products for a variety of industries and is known for their signature product, Austin’s A-1 bleach.“We are extremely excited about this opportunity” says President Harry Austin whose company has won SAP Business All-in-One software and services for their implementation. This contest is the first of its size for CONTAX and they hope to run it again in 2012. Michael Pearson, president of CONTAX, explains “We wanted to run this contest to show that SAP has great solution for the small to mid-size market and that it is not just for large companies.”
CONTAX is very excited to be working with Austin’s. “Some people thought we were crazy to give the software away,” says Pearson, “but this project is going to showcase how SAP Business All-in-One works for the mid- market and Austin’s was the perfect choice to receive this prize. CONTAX will be documenting the process from start to finish so the public can follow along and see what goes on during an ERP implementation.
