With an investment of 12 million Euros for new printing technologies and information technology as part of a realignment, Saxoprint Limited / saxoprint.co.uk continues its journey to become the leading online print service provider in Europe. Saxoprint’s customers now have the option to refine a variety of products by means of UV coating when ordering from the online shop www.saxoprint.co.uk, this option became effective at the beginning of the year.

With the investment, Saxoprint took an important step in living up to the claim to be the leading quality provider among online printing companies. But that is not all: “By introducing UV coating, we responded to the needs of our customers, for increased quality for their print products”. Now we not only meet these requirements and offer more products with UV coating, we also offer more than any other online print shop,” says Jana Pietzsch, Product Manager at Saxoprint Limited in Germany.

Refining print products with UV coating makes images even more unique and brilliant, impressing with a glossy shine, or if customers wish, with an elegant matte effect. UV coating makes surfaces very durable. The print product portfolio includes flyers, posters, calendars and many more. And UV coating is offered for paper weights between 135 gsm and 400 gsm. It is simply selected as separate processing step during the calculation.
