Investment to expand Covertix global sales reach

Even Yehuda, Israel (January 30, 2012) – Covertix, an innovative provider of Information Rights Management (IRM) solutions for sensitive data file-level protection and control, today announced that the company has secured strategic investment from Comsec Innovation.

Comsec Innovation is the investment arm of Comsec Group, a leading global provider of information security and risk management services for all market sectors. The investment in Covertix is the first in a series of investments that Comsec Innovation is planning for 2012.
