Nair & Co. Announces 40% Growth in 2011
“2011 has been a high growth year for us, with many of our clients significantly expanding their international operations. Allied to this, we have seen a significant spurt in new client acquisition coupled with excellent client retention. We have also made good progress in realizing efficiencies and cost savings gained from our investment in new technology deployed from Shared Service Centers strategically based in low cost locations,” said Dr. Shan Nair, Co-Founder of Nair & Co.
Manoj George, chief executive, said, “The prospects for 2012 are excellent. We intend to relentlessly focus on maintaining and improving our service quality through continuously seeking client feedback even as we grow. We will also continue to invest heavily in our business operations with the aim of providing clients with a better quality and spread of services at a lower cost.”
In 2011 Nair & Co. gained an additional 100 clients from its 4 person US/UK business development operation and increased its global workforce by more than one hundred and fifty hires. The company also more than doubled its team of client service directors to better service its clients, many of whom operate in five or more countries at a time.
As part of its efforts to maintain the highest international standards in financial reporting, Nair & Co. has initiated transition to SSAE 16 - the new attestation standard, which replaces SAS70, the previous leading standard for guidance on assurance reports for service organizations.
