Neeley Law Firm Files Its 1,000th Bankruptcy Case in Arizona

1/20/2012 - In 2008, Attorney Kenneth L. Neeley, founder of the Neeley Law Firm, PLC was working as a software engineer, and wondering if he would ever make the transition to practicing law full time. “I got my law degree by going to law school at night at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, while working full time during the day as a software developer,” he stated. According to Neeley, his firm can file bankruptcy, negotiate settlements directly with creditors to help clients avoid bankruptcy, and work with the IRS to manage or reduce tax debt.
