Cortiva Institute and Massage Magazine Announce New Scholarship Fund

Hoboken, NJ - May, 2007 – Cortiva Institute and MASSAGE Magazine announced today their partnership in a new Scholarship Fund. The program will provide a scholarship fund for Massage Therapy education at any of Cortiva Institute’s 9 schools nationwide. The scholarships will be awarded to promising massage therapy applicants and the selection process will include top leadership from both organizations.

Cortiva Institute and MASSAGE Magazine will award a total of 9 scholarships, one per school. The nine schools that will receive the scholarships include: Cortiva Institute-Muscular Therapy Institute, Boston, MA; Cortiva Institute - Chicago School of Massage Therapy, Chicago, IL; Cortiva Institute – Colorado, Broomfield, CO; Cortiva Institute – Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, Oaks, PA; Cortiva Institute – School of Massage Therapy, Scottsdale, AZ; Cortiva Institute – Somerset School of Massage Therapy, Wall Township & Piscataway, NJ; Cortiva Institute – Brenneke School of Massage, Seattle, WA; Cortiva Institute – Humanities Center School of Massage, Pinellas Park (Tampa), FL; and Cortiva Institute – Desert Institute of the Healing Arts, Tucson, AZ.

All applications for the scholarship fund must be filed no later than June 15, 2007. Each location’s Scholarship Committee will announce its winner on or before July 1, 2007.
