FCL Global Logistics choose Cocoonfxmedia for their online visibility

West Bromwich based freight forwarders FCL Global Logistics has chosen Cocoonfxmedia to supply them with a track & trace system to move them light years ahead of the market.

After initial meetings FCL Global Logistics where blow away by Cocoonfxmedia new product CocoonFMS which has been developed to support existing operation systems and digitialise the supply chain.

Both companies are members of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Director Paul O’Malley and Managing Partner James Blackman where both Sales Trainees at Kuehne + Nagel which made the collaboration smooth sailing.

The integration was very quick and extremely painless as their IT Director and management team where fully engaged from the start. They understood that having a tool this powerful will not only give them a competitive edge but also would improve the customer experience through better data quality.
