New, scalable methodology sets out thorough guidelines for Project Managers and Project Delivery teams that can be leveraged to execute projects at a high professional standard, regardless of project complexity.

North Vancouver, B.C., June 19, 2020 - Maven Consulting Ltd. “Maven” is excited to release their new Project Management Methodology (PMM). The PMM was built by fine-tuning their leading-edge industry best practices into a Methodology that works within both the company’s and their clients’ frameworks.
