General DataTech, lp (GDT) has received Cisco’s Master Unified Communications specialization. The specialization is awarded to companies that display in-depth sales knowledge, certified technical skills and comprehensive Unified Communications service offerings.

To achieve the Master Unified Communications Specialization, channel partners must first attain the Advanced Unified Communications Specialization. The Advanced Specialization demonstrates that partner personnel have the sales and technical skills to successfully design and implement Unified Communications solutions.

Master level requirements are more stringent. They include onsite audits of people and processes, customer references, and validation of at least five complex Unified Communications implementations.
