Valuebound launches Employee Engagement Platform for global cloud conglomerate

Valuebound developed a new age employee engagement experience platform for a global cloud computing solutions conglomerate. The client is among the global top 10 best workplaces in technology. The intranet portal developed by Valuebound helped employee engagement go up by 1006%, while delivering content through ML based personalization.

The client had approached Valuebound to build an online intranet portal, wherein all the Business Units would create and manage their own content, as per the company content governance model. The portal should provide very good user experience and also strengthen internal online brand building.

Valuebound built the DXP platform as a decoupled CMS on the Drupal 8 platform with AngularJS. Which had to be integrated with existing Adobe Omniture and other AEM modules present on customer facing websites. Content creation process needed intuitive user experience, so a widget based page layout builder was suggested.
Personalization Engine Identified users and their overall profiles (or Persona) to prioritize and present them with the most relevant personalized content as fast as possible.
