NEW YORK, 9 June 2020 – KL Software Technologies Inc (KLST), a leading global systems integrator focused on assisting firms with digital transformation initiatives related to Collaboration & Content, Enterprise Mobility, Cloud Migration, and Artificial Intelligence, today announced the launch of the “netDocShare Teams app” to allow users to view NetDocuments content within Microsoft Teams securely.
Customers with an active subscription to NetDocuments ndThread Service or PLAN solution can download netDocShare from the “Apps” tab within Microsoft Teams and install as a personal app, or Teams administrators can install as a corporate app for all users. Users can simply pin netDocShare app to Teams Navigation bar or add as a new Channel Tab to any Team within minutes to securely view and edit relevant NetDocuments content.

Users can View any NetDocuments content, including ndThread in Microsoft Teams using Standard View, Tree View, Favorite Documents View, Recent Documents View, or Compact View. Users can also perform document actions, such as the ability to Check-in, Check-out, Rename, Lock, Preview, Download, Delete, Get Secured Link, Follow, Create New Version, Mark as Favorite.
