Quest CE Announces Renaissance Updates for Program Administrators

Quest CE, premier provider of insurance continuing education and FINRA firm element training announces a series of administrative upgrades to their learning management system, Renaissance. As part of this premium upgrade package, Quest CE enhanced administrator functionality by creating additional, easy to use reporting and archiving capabilities , improved the ability for administrators to terminate students from their firm training programs, as well as updated the Renaissance course library to reflect the 2012 Quest CE course catalog.

Quest CE has elevated its program archiving process to allow training records to be archived by program year. This allows program administrators to search consolidated program records by year, or by using the history filter. Searches can also be narrowed down by individual representatives by year. Updated archiving and filtering functionalities aid in the maintenance of complete training records, in case of FINRA audit. Combined with program archiving updates, additional reporting capabilities now allow administrators to export enhanced program reports, narrow reporting options, and limit program oversight.

The one-click termination utility further exemplifies administrator use throughout Renaissance by allowing straightforward representative termination. If a representative is no longer with a firm, administrators simply click the termination button, and confirm they wish to proceed with the action. Once terminated, representatives will no longer have access to continuing education training, and will be removed from both program reports and student counts.

Administrators also have complete access to Quest CE’s 2012 course library including access to the entire FINRA course library, and the Quest CE authored Anti-Money Laundering FE course series.
