Architecture for London launches new service to avoid builder pitfalls

A new service launched by Architecture for London (www.architectureforlondon.co.uk) this month aims to remove the pitfalls commonly experienced when finding and dealing with builders. This integrated design and build service has been created specifically for residential projects to provide the reassurance of an architect led, complete design and construction solution. The approach offers a single point of contact with an experienced and friendly team, and helps to avoid common problems faced by homeowners when employing builders, such lack of communication and unprofessional service.

AfL's construction team, led by a degree level educated site manager, assist the client and project architect from the outset, advising on cost and time efficient approaches to construction helping to ensure the project comes in on time and on budget.
