What differentiates the suppliers of cell phone accessories from each other besides product features? The simple motto "Think before you act!" Trendwerk77, manufacturer of J-Straps brand cell phone pendants and other cult products, offers its retail partners country specific ideas, concepts and promo activities for the POS. After all, the success of impulse buying products in particular hinges on product placement at the point-of-sale.

“It is our objective not to simply sell our products to our retail partners, but to offer them an integral sales concept,” explains Sebastian Sibler, Head of International Sales at Trendwerk77. This is why every retail cooperation begins with a customer analysis, evaluating the respective partner. Individual buyer clusters are compiled and target market tailored product packages put together depending on the type of outlet – i.e. hypermarket, discounter or telecommunications retailer. To drive sales, retailers are also provided with POS material that works in conjunction with these packages. Super markets, for instance, receive a special ¼ chep display from Trendwerk77 in an attractive design. It accommodates 288 products and catches the eye of the customer in the check out area. Textile discounters such as KIK and Takko work with compact counter displays, also supplied by Trendwerk77.

To support all of these activities, Trendwerk77 obviously also offers its customers marketing activity assistance. “However, we are also open and creative when it comes to taking into account individual requests and solutions. After all, no customer is exactly like any other. For us it is absolutely essential to deliver integral solutions and therefore added value,” says Sebastian Sibler. The company even developed specific products and sales solutions for some of its clients. The best example is the collaboration with Vivanco in CD storage, which allows Vivanco to utilize Trendwerk77 know-how.
