PurelyGadgets 2011 ReviewLondon 23rd December 2011
We end this year with a hearty congratulations to the winners of our 7 Gadgets for Christmas Competition, and hope they enjoy their prizes over the holidays.
2011 has been a year of change for PurelyGadgets. Sadly, we said goodbye to modu, who despite best efforts were forced to wind down. We have been searching far and wide to bring our customers the latest in technology and offering niche and innovative gadgets. There has been a growing demand for small rugged video cameras and we have expanded our range significantly. Amongst which we are excited to be the first retailer in the UK to offer Replay XD’s lightweight action cameras.
PurelyGadgets has also been chosen as an official partner for the London 2012 Olympic merchandise. We are proud to be given the opportunity to help people remember this exciting event for London and the UK and look forward to attending a few events ourselves.
This year has seen us don our dancing shoes several times, first winning the ActionCOACH London Business of the Year Award and Entrepreneur Award, then watching our partners Sanho win Best iPad Accessory at the Macworld Awards. Sadly we had no wins at the East London Chambers of Commerce Awards, but we were commended as finalists in the Business Growth, Business of the Year and Business Person of the Year categories.
We wish a Merry Christmas to all our customers, partners and suppliers and a happy and prosperous 2012.
