Critical Manufacturing And HP Sign Collaboration Agreement

SuZhou/China , December 19th, 2011 – Critical Manufacturing, an enterprise which creates innovative software solutions for high-tech manufacturing industries, announced today that it signed a collaboration agreement with China HP to jointly pursue and implement Manufacturing and Automation System opportunities.

Critical Manufacturing, through its Chinese subsidiary, Critical Manufacturing (SuZhou) Co Ltd, signed a collaboration agreement with China Hewlett-Packard to jointly pursue opportunities in the Manufacturing and Automation Systems market in China, for high-tech industrial segments. HP and Critical Manufacturing will cooperate to jointly define, develop, sell and deliver manufacturing IT solutions to target customers.
