Club Karam - Rehlat's New Rewards Program on App

Region's first e-wallet, Karam, gets a much-awaited upgrade as Rehlat launches Club Karam. Now users can redeem their Karam for services and products of Starzplay, ShemarooMe, Noon, Cartlow, and many more brands.

Launched in the mid of April without any fanfare or promotions, Club Karam is gaining significant traction with 10% of users interacting with the new feature and redeeming their Karam points. With 4 major partners on board, the team at Rehlat is looking forward to bring on more partners on board.

Karam Wallet - The Story So Far

Launched in early 2017, Karam has been receiving exceptional acceptance from the users. All registered customers of Rehlat are eligible to use Karam on Rehlat.

In 2019, over 172K customers used their Karam balance to book their flights, hotels, and cabs. With Karam Cash, customers enjoy quick bookings, attractive offers, easy instant refunds, and no chance of payment failures.

With a growing number of benefits, subscribed users can redeem their Karam earned through flight and hotel bookings, cab reservation, by referring their friends. With no cap on the number of Karam that can be earned, the OTA is ensuring its customers continue to enjoy rewards for simply being with Rehlat.

With top brands subscribed, Rehlat's Club Karam adds value to its loyal business customers. The only loyalty program from a major OTA in the GCC, Club Karam, gives all registered users the chance to earn points and redeem them for a number of different products, offers, and services, as well as an opportunity to convert their Karam to Karam+.

Club Karam - An Overview

Use Karam to redeem gifts from shopping avenues like Cartlow & Noon and entertainment avenues like ShemarooMe & STARZPLAY. Rehlat intends to add more business partners in the coming days to give its valued customers the freedom to choose.

Based on Karam balance, users are categorized into:

Pearl: 0 - 200 AED Karam
Diamond: 200 - 500 AED Karam
Ruby: 500+ AED Karam

But this is not all; users can do much more with their Karam balance. They can convert their Karam balance to Karam+ which has no restrictions on usage & has an unlimited validity period.
