VALUATION MANAGEMENT GROUP HONORED BY COBBWORKS
Valuation Management Group (VMG) was honored by CobbWorks as a 2011 Outstanding Business of the Year.The award acknowledges businesses that have made a positive impact on economic development of the county over the last year. VMG was recognized for major growth and development.
The award was presented at a luncheon held by CobbWorks that featured Cobb County Board of Commissioners Chairman Tim Lee as the guest speaker.
"Cobb County is a major player in the Southeast's economic development community. CobbWorks 2011 award honorees are perfect examples of why skilled workers and major corporations are attracted to our community," said Chairman Lee.
Five other companies were honored as well, including Heritage of Sandy Plains; K-9 Coach; Osmotica Pharmaceutical; The Home Depot Foundation and The Weather Channel. All six will be featured in the CobbWorks 2012 annual business calendar being released at the end of this month.
