New Managed Services Platform to Allow Alpha NetSolutions to better service their clients' networks

Alpha NetSolutions, Inc. has selected the SAAZ Managed Service Platform by Zenith Infotech LTD to provide superior service to their clients by providing monitoring and automating basic maintenance tasks.

Marlborough, Massachusetts - May 8, 2007 - Alpha NetSolutions is providing faster, more efficient service to their managed service clientele, through the adoption of a new managed service platform, SAAZ by Zenith Infotech LTD.

By adding the SAAZ agents to their clients systems, Alpha NetSolutions will now provide their clients with system monitoring; asset management; anti-virus and anti-spyware licensing, monitoring, and maintenance; patch management; backup management; and a unified remote control solution for all their servers and workstations. These systems will provide significant preventative measures, and automates many tasks that are being done manually at client sites today. This, coupled with the outstanding field service provided by ANS' veteran engineering staff, will result it dramatically fewer interruptions of service, as well as quicker response & resolution times for the few issues that do come up. ANS is providing the SAAZ platform at no additional charge to existing managed service clients.

"We had a number of different solutions in place previously, which gave us some of these capabilities previously," said Robert Hobbs, ANS' Vice President of Managed Services. "But with SAAZ, we got even more functionality, in a single product, delivered to our clients as a single agent per computer."

Chuck MacFarland, Director of Business Support at LR McCoy & Company, Inc. (and long-time ANS client) adds, "The first weekend after the agents were installed, the agents reported a hard drive failure in one of our servers. I found out about it Monday morning, when we got a call from ANS, letting us know that they had ordered a new hard drive from HP for us. This is the way Managed Service is supposed to work."
