The Watch Hut - Tissot Watches Ambassador to Make Daytona 500 Debut

The race will not be Patrick’s first race at the circuit. She made her NASCAR debut at Daytona International Speedway in 2010, finishing sixth in the Lucas Oil Slick Mist 200. In her career, so far the Tissot Watches Ambassador has completed 22 NASCAR Nationwide races, 13 in 2010 and nine in 2011. She had eight finishes in the 30th position or higher and twenty race finishes under 20th place. The Tissot Watches Ambassador recorded a career-best fourth place this year at Las Vegas and finished a creditable 10th at Chicagoland.
The driver has a part time career as a model. She has also appeared in a number of advertisements for her other sponsors as well as for the Swiss made watches brands. During 2006, she was ranked at number 42 in the US edition of FHM’s list of the world’s most beautiful women.
The Daytona 500 is a 500 miles-long NASCAR Sprint Cup Series The race is regarded as the most important and prestigious race on the NASCAR calendar, carrying by far the largest purse.
The Daytona 500 is regularly within the top ten most watched worldwide sporting events each year, and in 2006 attracted the sixth largest average live global TV audience of any sporting event that year with 20 million viewers in the USA alone.
Danica Patrick’s next race is scheduled in Homestead Miami Speedway on Saturday November 19th.
