Latest Version of Popular, Award-Winning Mid-Market CRM Software Increases Ease of Use and Improves Platform

Easy to Use
Soffront CRM 9.2 comes with a new navigation menu that is easy to use and designed for productivity and simplicity. Everything is right at the fingertips because the improved menu lets users see recently accessed home pages, dashboards, recent records, recently created items, queries, and reports – all on one screen.
A new unified search box located at the top of every page allows for searches across one or more tables. Users can perform either a global search across all the tables or a quick search on a particular table, and can easily run an advanced search on selected fields.
The new breadcrumb function is featured on every page, allowing users to see where they are in the application and be able to go back in their path.
Soffront’s CRM solution also allows users to color code CRM records based on their priority the new priority rules. Users can set up hot leads to appear as red and can set up rules on any tables and fields.
Drag and Drop Administration
Users can now design home pages and dashboards easily and without coding knowledge using the new drag and drop designer. Simply add gadgets into a canvas and drag them to their position. This new interface also allows users to split the designer in one or two columns.
Soffront CRM 9.2 comes pre-integrated with Google Calendar and Mail. Users can now add activities from the CRM straight to their Google calendar, save emails from Gmail as notes in the CRM, and create contacts and leads from Gmail to the CRM.
This version also includes a completely redesigned mobile app. Sleek, fast and simple to use, it offers the same consistent user experience on any mobile device running a Webkit/HTML5-powered mobile web browser.
This version also fully supports both 64 bit and 32 bit Windows clients. The background sync engine between Outlook and Soffront CRM has been improved.
Soffront’s secure standards-based XML Web Services provide developers with high level access to business functions and direct low level access to object data. With this improved API, Soffront has expanded their web services to include more control over what users can do from the outside.
