The service is designed for use by consumers and leasing agents in the multihousing industry for scoring potential residents for credit worthiness prior to lease approvals.

The service allows landlords a way to check prospective renter’s against extensive credit and criminal databases and provides instant leasing recommendations based on specific landlord risk criteria. It also offers data privacy for potential tenants because Social Security and credit account numbers are not displayed to the landlord.
