He also said that it may take about a month for the spray to be officially put into use, mainly because it still needs stability research, including some independent experiments in vitro, and some confirmation experiments to kill the virus.

At present, Huateng Pharmaceutical has produced some antiviral spray trials. After the prepared drugs pass the review and are put into production in batches, they will be used for the protection of frontline medical staff.
