‘Rockstar’ Rocks 767 UFO Digital Screens

Ranbir Kapoor’s much awaited film ‘Rockstar’ releases on 767 UFO digital screens today. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, this film, which also stars newcomer Nargis Fakhri, is Ranbir Kapoor’s biggest release on the UFO Moviez network till date (his second largest release on the network is ‘Rajneeti’, which opened to audiences in 750 UFO screens).

In the meantime, Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Ra.One’ continues to screen in 183 UFO digital theatres in 2D (Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions) and 42 UFO digital theatres in 3D in its third week. Last week’s release ‘Loot’ screens in 68 UFO digital theatres, while ‘Force’ in its seventh week still occupies 22 UFO screens. ‘Mile Na Mile Hum’ screens in 9 UFO digital theatres in its second week.

In terms of non-Hindi films, Tamil films ‘7 Aum Arivu’ and ‘Velayudham’ screen in 132 and 116 UFO digital theatres respectively. Both films are in their third week. New Marathi release ‘Swarjya Marathi Paul Padate Pudhe’ opens in 80 UFO digital theatres. ‘7th Sense’ (dubbed in Telugu) screens in 71 UFO digital theatres in its third week while Telugu film ‘Mogudu’ screens in 78 UFO digital theatres in its second week.
